Quality, Environmental Quality, Safety and Hygiene Policies Company policy is to be a world leader by providing quality products and services, which protect people and property, and meet customer needs.
The company implements ongoing improvements in its quality assurance system, allocating the required resources and developing integrated systems for management of quality, environmental quality, safety and hygiene.
All company employees are made aware of the excellence required at every work stage and receive appropriate training so that their commitment has optimal influence on the quality of the final product as well as the quality of the environment, and relevant safety and hygiene elements. This awareness has been extended horizontally along the supply chain to both suppliers and customers. Company activities conform to applicable laws, orders, protocols and standards.
The company stresses effective channels of communication and reporting: both within the company between workers and management; and along the supply chain between management and customers and suppliers as well as additional bodies.
Both managers and workers are involved in the planning and implementing of environmental and hygiene improvements.

Products and processes are monitored on an ongoing basis, effectiveness and efficiency are tested and potential improvements are evaluated.
Management determines annual targets and checks their achievement. Resources are allocated for adapting the work infrastructures and environment to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
The company strives to effectively monitor itself in order to achieve these aforementioned policies.
These policies are documented and publicized promote awareness, understanding and cooperation by employees.
